Making your own Jalapeño sauce with this Jalapeño sauce package is very fun and easy. This is a package with all fresh ingredients to make 250ml jalapeño sauce at home. This jalapeño sauce is delicious with all Mexican dishes, fits perfectly with your favourite snacks, and is also delicious to dip. There is even a handy bottle in which the sauce can be stored. The preparations time is approximately 30 minutes and the sauce has a shelf life of 3 weeks, store in the refrigerator.
The package contains:
– 1 tomatillo
– 5 jalapeños
– 1 solo garlic
– 2g salt
– 10ml olive oil
– 10g maizena
– 200ml water
– 2 tbsp sugar
Remove the seeds out of the Jalapeños and cut them in slices and chop the garlic and tomatillo. Combine the Tomatillo, Jalapeños, garlic and olive oil and heat it in a pan for 1 minute on high heat. Then add the water, sugar, maizena and salt, and let it boil slowly for 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and purée shortly. Taste it and if necessary add more salt. Pour the sauce in the bottle. Finally, you put the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cool the sauce down a few minutes before putting it on the bottle. Put the lable with the durability date on the bottle and your homemade sauce is ready to use!
