The dried Pimientos peppers, also known in Spain as Pimiento Choricerio, is a flavorful dried chili. As the Spanish name of the pepper suggests, this pepper is used to flavour and colour Chorizo. It is a pepper that is very similar to the dried Ñora pepper, but the Pimientos are slightly sweeter and less spicy in taste. The peppers are ideal for adding flavour, colour and aroma to many Spanish and Mediterranean dishes such as rice, fish, meat or vegetable dishes or when making sauces. These Spanish Pimientos peppers are dried in a traditional way. The dried peppers are perfect for grinding into flakes or powder, waking them with hot water or for baking or cooking. The dried peppers are widely used to make sauces and marinades.
