Curry leaves powder

Description
The Curry Leaves Powder is a ‘single origin’ powder and consists of dried ground curry leaves. It contains no dyes or other additives. Only the Curry leaves are ground into powder, not the branches of the plant. So it really consists of 100% Curry leaves! The powder has a warm, herbal taste and is mainly used in the South Indian and Sri Lankan kitchen.
Don’t confuse this with a ‘normal’ curry powder, which is a spice mix that includes, cumin, coriander and turmeric.
Our ‘single origin’ powders are made from self-grown products. For drying, we use as many products as possible that we can’t use fresh anymore. By drying these class 2 products we try to throw away as little as possible. With this, we want to prevent food waste in a sustainable way. Because we work this way it means that it can sometimes take a little longer before a product is available again.
