The Ancho Poblano is best to describe as a bell pepper with a spicy bite: “It looks like long, narrow bell peppers but has a slow subtle heat”. The Ancho Poblano is originally a Mexican product and that’s why it is also a very important product in the Mexican kitchen. The reason why there are two names for this product is that if you dry the Poblano, it is called Ancho and fresh it is called Poblano. Because of the confusion, we call it Ancho Poblano. You can order the Poblanos per 0,5 kilo. So for example, if you want to order 5-kilo Poblanos, you place this item 10 times in your cart.
