- €3,50The Okinawa Spinach is a special spinach variety. The leaves are half purple and half dark green. The leaves are rich in flavour and can be cooked like spinach, but are also a delicious addition to salads or juices. By eating the spinach raw or just cooked for a moment, the taste stays at it's best. A tip is to cook the leaves in rice, this gives the rice a purple/red colour! This product is sold per 50 gram in a plastic bag with a small amount of water. This keeps the leaves good during transport. If you can't use them fresh immediately, you can store the leaves in the refrigerator for another 5 days. You can also dry the leaves.
