    The Epazote rub consists of Epazote leaves that are grown and dried by Westlandpeppers. These dried leaves were grounded without any additives into a fine powder. So the Epazote rub only consists of 100% Epazote leaves. The plant has a strong odour and very typical much-appreciated taste. The taste is so strong that you don't have to use much of it to give a dish that typical Mexican 'touch'. This rub will give your Mexican dish that authentic twist.     The Ñora pepper rub is made from dried Spanish Ñora peppers, onion powder and salt. The Spanish Ñoras are rich in taste and aroma and in combination with the onion powder and salt, the taste stands out even better. It is a small round red pepper with a sweet taste. This dark authentic bell pepper gives flavour to many Spanish dishes and is an essential ingredient in a Romesco sauce, Chorizo sausage, paella and various tapas dishes and sauces!
