Niko’s Nectar is a fermented hot sauce based on Aji Amarillo and yuzu, a surprising and delicious combination! It is a mildly spicy sauce, delicious with smokey and grilled dishes. The sauce was created by chef Kick Vogel of NIKO’s resto. At the restaurant they put the sauce on the delicious burgers they make.

Store the sauce in a cool, dark and dry place. For example, in the cellar or a cool pantry. After opening store in the refrigerator.

The sauces are produced at NIKO’s resto. The fresh Aji amarillos and Habaneros used in this sauce come from the Netherlands (April-November) or Spain/Israel (November-April).
