Nikkei Togarashi is a spicy Japanese/Peruvian blend of multiple spices, including toasted sesame seeds, ginger powder, orange peel powder and Aji Amarillo powder. The addition of the Aji Amarillo powder gives it a Peruvian touch and makes it the ideal spice blend for Nikkei cuisine. This seasoning goes on, under and between everything. Always just enough for an extra kick.
