Madame Jeanette sauce is made with Lemon Habanero chillies, also known as the Madame Jeanette. It has a tropical sweet and fiery spicy flavour. The spicy chillies together with the pineapple give the sauce a tropical, fruity and tangy flavour. It is a thick sauce, which can also be used as a sambal and as additions to all kinds of dishes. For the daredevils who like a bit of spice, it is also a delicious sauce as a dip with tortilla chips or spring rolls, for example. Made from pure chillies with minimal additives, Madame Jeanette Sauce is rich in flavour.
