The Madame Jeanette chili flakes is a ‘single origin’ product and consist of only dried and coarsely ground Madame Jeanette chillies. It contains no salt, dyes or other additives. The Madame Jeanette, also known as the Lemon Habanero, is a spicy and fruity pepper. The bright yellow pepper has a strong citrus-like smell and taste. Sprinkle the Madame Jeanette chili flakes over your dishes for a spicy and fruity twist.

In the summer season (May-November) the madame jeanette peppers are grown in the Netherlands in our own greenhouses. In the winter season (November-April) they are grown in Israel & Morocco by our own growers.

The chillies are dried in a special ventilated / drying room at our location in ‘s-Gravenzande. After drying, the chillies are ground into coarse flakes. We do this when we have enough of the chillies in stock. It is therefore possible that this product is not available for a longer period of time.
