Limited edition: The Indian Hot Sauce was developed in collaboration with Joris Keulers & Koen van Dijk. These are two students from the hospitality training program, De Rooi Pannen in Tilburg. They came up with this recipe and developed it together with Bram van Westlandpeppers and made it in large batch.
