The Big Mustard Mama is a colour variation of the Big Black Mama. This variation colours to a mustard/olive green, hence the name Big Mustard Mama. It is a super spicy chilli pepper with a great flavour, which ranks on the scoville scale among the hottest chilli peppers in the world.

It is best to store the fresh chillies in the refrigerator or in a cool dark place in a pantry, cellar cabinet, barn etc. The ideal temperature is between 10 °C and 13 °C, then the chillies stay the longest good, about 7 to 14 days. During the summer season (April-November) this product is grown in our own greenhouses in the Netherlands. This product is not available from November to May as it is not grown by our growers in Spain, Israel & Morocco.
