The Big Mustard Mama is a color variation of the Big Black Mama. This variation turns to a mustard / olive green color, hence the name Big Mustard Mama. It is a super spicy pepper with great flavor, ranking on the scoville scale among the hottest peppers in the world.

Store fresh Big Mustard Mama chili peppers in the refrigerator or a cool dark place in a pantry, basement closet, shed, etc. Ideal temperature is between 10°C and 13°C, that's when the peppers stay good the longest, about 7 to 14 days. It is also possible to freeze the peppers. Click here for more information on freezing chilies or other ways to keep them for a long time.
In the summer season (May-November) this product is grown in the Netherlands in our own greenhouses. In the winter season (November-May) this product is not available.
