    These 100% organic chili flakes are a great seasoning to all your dishes! The crushed dried red pepper are organically cultivated, dried and crushed in Spain. The bio chili flakes can be added to dressings, but usually, it is baked or co-baked. It gives a delicious spicy taste to your dishes. Chili flakes are often used to make Kimichi, which is a Korean herbal blend. You can choose between 30 or 500-gram bio chili flakes. The 30-gram chili flakes are sold in a little pot. The 500 gram is sold in an airtight bag, that is an ideal bulk package for the food industry.

    The fresh Moringa leaves come from the Moringa Oleifera tree. This tree grows mainly in tropical and subtropical areas but is now also grown in the Netherlands at our greenhouse! The Moringa is also known as a 'superfood' because of the high nutritional value and medicinal properties of the leaves. The leaves are full of vitamins, protein, iron, potassium and beta-carotene. The Moringa can be freshly processed in different dishes but is especially popular in healthy juices that you see a lot nowadays. Due to its high nutritional value and medicinal properties, the Moringa is a perfect ingredient for a detox or weight loss juice. This product is sold per 100 gram in a plastic bag with a small amount of water. This keeps the leaves good during transport. If you can't use them fresh immediately, you can store the leaves in the refrigerator for another 5 days. You can also dry the leaves.

The chili pepper, also known as the ‘regular’ pepper or cayenne pepper, is perhaps most used chili in the world. The pepper has a mildly hot taste, which means it can be used in any dish.     The Okinawa Spinach is a special spinach variety. The leaves are half purple and half dark green. The leaves are rich in flavour and can be cooked like spinach, but are also a delicious addition to salads or juices. By eating the spinach raw or just cooked for a moment, the taste stays at it's best. A tip is to cook the leaves in rice, this gives the rice a purple/red colour!
